Dr. Jean-Pierre Chartrand, MD. – Ophthalmologist and Eye Surgeon

Dr Jean-Pierre Chartrand m.d. is an eye surgeon specialized in laser eye surgery since 1992 and has been performing refractive surgery for 25 years. He is an assistant professor of eye-surgery at McGill University and staff-surgeon at the Jewish General Hospital and also consultant at the Lakeshore General Hospital.

Dr Chartrand is an active member of the Canadian, American and European Societies of Refractive Eye Surgery. Dr Chartrand has been invited to several International conferences and advises educational committees. To date, he has given hundreds of lectures on multiple topics related to ophthalmology. He published articles in specialized journal of ophthalmology and laser surgery which have contributed to his reputation in the world of laser eye surgery.
